We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@newyorkgalore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Process to requesting a refund or return can be done via email by emailing support@newyorkgalore.com

If customer has changed their mind and no longer want the product, they may refund the product if the packaging is still intact.

Customers may exchange the same product for a different color, same style or model as long as the product is not used or damaged, and still in re-sellable condition.

If customer has received the wrong product upon arrival, please contact us immediately, a form of proof via picture or video may be requested to verify the wrong product.

If a customer ordered a product, and it has not arrived, this may be due to congested shipping lines or delays during holiday season, please do not hesitate to reach out, we will look into your order and logistics, sometimes packages get stuck in transit or at border customs, if this is the case, we will contact the courier to find out, and return the customer if the product not arrived after 30 days of ordering.

Customers have 12 hours to reach out to us if they decide they want to cancel their order by email. Failure to do so, means we will most likely already have fulfilled the order, and you as the customer will have to wait until the order arrives first.

Refunds will take 2-3 business days to process once processed and approved back to the customers payment method, either credit card or paypal.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending you a new product at no cost, or refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Normally a refund will take 2-3 business days to reflect back to your account. If the product has arrived damaged upon delivery, please let us know immediately and also contact our customer support and we will make it right by either sending you a replacement or providing a complete refund without the hassle of having to ship the product back.
